Training Course: “General Tax Return Filers” – Batch 2, 2025

On June 20, 2025, we organized the training course “General Tax Return Filers” – Batch 2 of the year 2025, for entrepreneurs nationwide who are responsible for submitting tax returns independently for the purpose of importing and exporting goods and services.

Filing tax returns is a crucial task. Entrepreneurs involved in this process are legally obligated to submit tax declarations for their goods. Therefore, it is essential that they receive proper and comprehensive training in accordance with relevant standards and requirements.

This training covered the following topics:

- Basic knowledge of tax laws

- Ministry of Finance Directive No. 5916/ກງ

- Product codes and customs tax items

- Certificate of Origin and compliance with Free Trade Agreements

- Valuation for tax return declaration

- Data entry for tax return filing

- Use of the ASYCUDA system

- Filing tax returns through the NSWA+ system
