BIVAC Lao Co., Ltd. and Lao National Single Window Co., Ltd. organized a training course on “Using the NSWA+ System” for customs officers at the Xiangkhouang Provincial Customs Checkpoint, Namkan Border (30 participants) from October 1–3, 2025, and for officers at the Houaphanh Provincial Customs Checkpoint (41 participants) from October 6–9, 2025.

Purpose of the Training

- Build understanding of how to use the NSWA+ system

- Improve efficiency in customs declaration and inspection

- Facilitate import–export processes

- Enhance transparency and real-time monitoring in trade

Importance of NSWA+

The NSWA+ system is an essential digital platform for both the public and private sectors. It promotes transparency, enables real-time data tracking, and accelerates the movement of goods — contributing to more efficient trade facilitation across Laos.
