3. Distorting advertisement and announce evil ways in order to separate part of ethnics or nation;
4. Publishing pictures of obscene, editing and other pictures are prohibited by the laws of Lao PDR or damage to the traditional cultural of the nations and damage of the intellectual property of others and sexual services;
5. Revealing a secret of the nation, military or any secrets which stipulated in the laws of Lao PDR;
6. Publishing incorrect and not real information for the purpose of honor disgrace or others' privacy rights of privacy, departments, institutions, organizations; and
7. Using name of persons or organizations, video, pictures, sound, signature, code, credit banking or any others' private documents for the purpose of benefit or other purpose without any permission by their own information.
